Dairy Free, Egg Free Mexican Chocolate Cake

Four layers of cinnamon spiced chocolate cake filled with whipped chocolate ganache and cinnamon candied almonds. The cake is frosted in chocolate ganache with cinnamon candied almonds on the sides, and garnished on top with chocolate covered almonds.

Ingredients: Dagoba semisweet chocolate, soymilk, whole wheat pastry flour, agave nectar, sugar, almonds, tofu, canola oil, natural cocoa powder, decaffeinated espresso, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil spread(a blend of expellar pressed oils)*, cinnamon, vanilla extract, aluminum-free baking powder*, aluminum-free baking soda*, sea salt*.

Can be made with whole spelt flour for those with wheat sensitivities.
