Ingredients: carrots, whole wheat pastry flour, canola oil, sugar, confectioners' sugar, neufchatel cheese (reduced fat cream cheese), non-hydrogenated vegetable oil spread (a blend of expeller-pressed oils)*, eggs, egg whites, brown sugar, pistachios, candied ginger, aluminum-free baking powder*, aluminum-free baking soda*, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, ground cloves, ground cardamom, ground ginger, sea salt*, lime juice, vanilla extract.
